SKC Travel & Tours Limited was incorporated under the Ghana Companies' incorporated under the Ghana Companies' Code, 1963 (Act 179) in November 2000 and soon started business earnestly in January 2001.

Brisk business in a fast-growing industry soon after incorporation saw SKC Travel and Tours certified by the Ghana Tourist Board. At the same time accreditation was granted the International Air Travel Association (IATA). The company has distinguished itself over a period of eight years as a reliable and customer friendly travel services provider in the exciting Ghanaian environment. As a result of outstanding performance in the market, SKT became one of the leading travel agencies in Ghana, gaining attention and accolades from all the airlines.

Against the background of providing reliable travel services in a growing economy, it became necessary to expand the company's human resource & sales capacity. Thus a full-fledged corporate department with a crop of highly qualified professional staff was set up to cater to the needs of an ever-increasing group of discerning corporate clients.
