BRIEF HISTORY
In the early part of 1993, the Chief, Elders, and people of Ejura released Two hundred and sixty-two (262) acres of land to the Ejura Anglican Church for the establishment of a Secondary School in the community.
In September 1973, the school Ejuraman Anglican Secondary was established with twenty students and Mr. Prempong as the Headmaster. As a result of some teething problems, the school collapsed after a few months. It was revived in 1976 with forty-five (45) students and Rev. Fr. Okoh as the Headmaster. For the second time due to administrative and financial problems, the school collapsed again.
The introduction of the Educational Reform Programme in 1987, saw the school being re-established in January 1991 with a students populations of twenty-eight, three National Service Personnel, eighteen non-teaching staff, and Mr. Collins E.Badu as the Headmaster.
As a result of the admission of new students into SSS1 in 1993, the then school site become inadequate so it was necessary for the school to move to its present site. This was done with the permission of the District Chief Executive (Hon. Peter Boakye-Asah) since the building at the new site had not been officially commissioned.
The school was officially commissioned on 12th May, 1993 by the minister of Education Hon. Harry Sawyer, under the patronage of the Ag. District Chief Executive (MP) of the Ejura-Sekyeredumase District Assembly.
In 2004, the school was renamed "Ejuraman Anglican Secondary School" after the board of Governor's request in renaming the school was approved by the Ghana Education Service
