Presby Senior High School, Teshie was established in 1981 led by Old Boys and Girls Association of Teshie Presby Schools, supported by the Presbyterian Church, Teshie. The then Presbyterian Boys Middle School (Salem) was converted into the Secondary School. Initial enrollment was 70 students (35 boys and 35 girls). In 1984 it became a Government Assisted School with its first headmaster as Mr. Solomon Anang. The school is located at Teshie Salem, adjacent the Presbyterian Church (Peniel).
