Yamfo ANGLICAN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (YASHS), is a second-cycle school located in Yamfo in the Ahafo Region, in the Tano North Municipality of Ghana. The school started as a private Senior High School by the chief and good people of Yamfo in the year 1982. The aim of establishing the school was to make secondary school education accessible to the people living in and around Yamfo. In the year 1988, the ANGLICAN Mission took over the management of the school hence its name today. The school was integrated into the public school system and absorbed by the government of Ghana as part of the Assisted Senior High Schools in the year 1991.
